      • Restoring Philips 836A from 1935

        I've been restoring a Philips model 836A, an TRF and inductive set, from Geraldo Tonon, Brasília. So far, I've replaced all out of specification resistors and capacitors. I still can't get B volt higher than 35 Volts...
        Any ideas?

        I spent the last 2 weeks restoring this high sensitivity radio set, also from Juvenal a fellow colletor from Brasilia. Chassiss was in a very good cosmetic condition and original parts and components. Cabinet was in a bad shape with some termites work and awful finish. Thanks to Pieter de Kock for
