I'm in São Paulo city, best place in Brazil to get parts for old radios. I spent lots of time today at Santa Efigênia Street, electronic commercial area of the city. -

RCA Clock Radio Restoration

I'm working on a RCA model 1-RD-45 clock radio from a friend of mine, Geraldo Tonon. Tube complement is unusual: 18FX6 as converter, 18FW6 as IF amp, 18FY6 as AVC, Detector, and Audio amp, 34GD5 as Output, and 36AM3 as Rectifier (burned, order placed at AES).
