The first RF amplifying tube is not tuned, being used as an antenna coupling tube for the purpose of preventing different sizes of antenna from disturbing the synchronism of the succeeding tuned circuits. Front panel with center AK logo, battery, lift top. Original finish. Speaker Atwater Kent Type E 2. Not restored. |
